Peter,
Irregardless of your personal life, you run a business and as a professional you
let the people that paid you money to do a job know you had a personal tradgedy,
whatever, and that your leaving town for x period of time. You didn't do that ,
therefore you breached the contract. End of story. Give me my money that you owe
me.. The contract is null and void. End of story. Right now it's $10,400, once i
have to make another call to my attorney then I'm going to want my full $13,000
plus any additional litigation fees against you.
