Raving Reviews

Compare and contract these reviews with the Victims List page and you will quickly notice they are a complete 180 degree difference. There is no in between review, there is either GREAT or HORRIBLE which is very suspicious. Also I may note that there are no reviews before August 2011, this is very strange for a family run business for 30-50 years. You will also notice there are 2 reviews here on different websites with the exact word for word verbage but with different usernames.

My wife and I recently bought a very large old house in Dallas. It need a lot of work and after many estimates we decided to use Five Star Construction. They were GREAT!!! we had a lot that needed to be done including our floors, kitchen, bath rooms and a ton of painting. Not to mention that our electrical was very old and needed to be updated. Peter handled everything and made sure we were updated all along the way. I would highly recommend

After months of getting estimates for our room addition we decided to go with Five Star Construction. Peter spent the most time with us and answered all or questions. He was not the cheapest but I am a firm believer in "You get what you pay for" all during the job he keep us up to date and made sure we understood everything that he was doing when he was doing it. At the end of the project we got exactly what we wanted and I am glad we paid the little extra money to get what we really wanted. My advice to other future clients is pay for what you really want. I would recommend Five Star Construction for any home construction needs.

I would say that we are very picky and not easy to please. We have used contractors in the past that did not follow through with what they promised. So needless to say we did not hold our breath with Johannesen Construction. I am happy to say that Peter and his crew proved me wrong. We had a very tight budget but we didn't want the project to reflex that. Some how Peter was able to find us exactly what we wanted and after he was finished I am happy to say that we love our kitchen remodel. I would recommend Johannesen Construction for any home remodel.

I'm not sure were to start. Lets just say that there are contractors and then is Johannesen Construction. Peter and his crew set a new standard. I am a single and I work all the time so it was hard for me to be around during my bath remodel. Peter was able to determine what I wanted and my style just within the few times we were able to meet. Everyday I would come home and it was like Christmas morning. My bathroom looks great. I spent a little more then I wanted but it was well worth it. My down stairs bathroom is next and I will use Johannesen Construction 100%.

My wife and I needed to have our kitchen remodeled and a few other odds and ends around the house. We searched for a while before deciding to use Johannesen Construction. We were so happy we did they did a fantastic job. We were pretty picky but they were able to keep us calm and satisfy us during the entire project. I would recommend them to anyone who thinks remodeling is as stressful as my wife and I do.

My wife and I searched for about 7 months before going with Johannesen Construction. He was not the cheapest but at the end of the day we are glad we spent more. We love our new kitchen and we look forward to using him in the future.
