This is further notice of termination of contract due to failure to perform services.
I have attached the letter I sent via postal service, the details are in the letter.
Bottom line, I want the remainder of my money back minus the flooring, $10,400.
I want no further business dealings with you. Once I receive my money, I will no
longer pursue any legal action against you.
