It's nice to see that your math skills are just as bad as your estimating skills.
No you actually got back with me 9 days later. Furthermore, you actually went 27
days without contact having $13K of our money, so again completly unacceptable.
If I left my job for 27 days without any notification to my employer I would be
fired. So guess what, you are fired. Yes, it is a breach of contract. A 27 day absence
with no communication is considered failure to perform and a breach of contract.
You are making it clear you are not willing to give me my money back so come Monday
morning I am going forward with filing both criminal and civil charges against you.
